get list values separately

Hi,
I'd like to get the values/entrys entered in a list field separately, so that I can put them in a customized e-mail.
e.g. <div id="1">Value of Col 1/ Field 1</div><div id="2">Value of Col 1/ Field 2</div> etc.

I'm new to php and using this code snippet to customize the e-mail notification in my functions.php.
