gravity forms and wootheme "Listings"

wordpress/wootheme problems:
could you give exact instructions how to put an "add listings" form on a page not in a sidebar.
could you give exact instructions to put the information, users filled out, directly to the listings so I can approve and upload the listing? or do I have to do it manually?
how do i get my taxonomy lists in a pull down field.
My website is http://www.ctproductsandservices.com. On my site I use instead of listings - members, instead of categories - classifications, my other taxonomies are counties and towns
Just got the forms. Don't know how to use them yet. Any chance that you have easy instructions, maybe videos how to use them with my theme?
