Gravity forms not working

  1. Gravity forms stopped working a couple of days ago and I´ve just found out from the developers that that the plugin has a one-year license only which has expired. I´ve just purchased a new license and updated the details in "settings" but the forms are still not working. What is the problem? Thanks

  2. Sorry, I thought I´d add that it is not that the forms are not working completely only that they are not working properly. The form data is arriving via email but on pressing "submit" the form is not displaying the notification to users as it was doing previously so clients just think the form has not been sent and keep on clicking "submit". I should add that I updated to version 1.6.3.3 of the forms and version 1.4 of the Paypal add-on yesterday. In the case of the forms which have this add-on, clicking "submit" is not redirecting to Paypal. Thanks

  6. We have 18 forms on the website and all seem to present the same issue. This is the link to one of them http://a-london.com/servicios/alojamiento/estudios/#solicitud

    Many thanks

  7. This appears to be script conflict. I see that you have a script error when I inspect the page

Have you recently enabled any new plugins, scripts or changed themes? Any of these are potential sources of a scripting conflict. I would suggest going through the process of testing for conflicts and seeing if you can narrow it down.

  8. Thanks very much. I did update a few plugins 2 days ago so I have deactivated them all and the forms got working (the notification to users was displaying again) so I reactivated the plugings one by one and things did not change. Forms seem to be working ok, except for the Paypal add-on which is an issue we´ve had for over a week, even before I updated the plugins. The forms that have the add-on are not redirecting to Paypal on "submit". And we have this message below the add-on entry on the WP admin panel:

"Register your copy of Gravity Forms to receive access to automatic upgrades and support. Need a license key? Purchase one now"

Why this message if the copy of GF has been registered? It the add-on not picking it up?

    Thanks

  10. It looks like you have a business license. A Developer's license is required for the PayPal Add-On.

  11. I see, thanks for that. I have an email address which I believe is for accounting so I will try to sort it out that way. Is that the best way to arrange an upgrade? Many thanks
