Hitting Submit turns the boxes green with checkmarks

    Whenever I hit submit for the form on the Contact Page, the text fields/boxes just turn green with a checkmark in them. I don't receive a confirmation message and it doesn't process through as an entry in Wordpress.

    This is a new problem, I had it running previously and noticed this change recently. I have used Gravity Forms on other websites and not encountered this problem. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Does your form submit and work properly from within the form builder preview window?

    Yes, I am to complete the form, hit submit, and receive a verification message and a new entry is listed.

    That means you have a conflict of some kind, you'll want to test for a theme/plugin conflict:

    You were correct, it seems the conflict is with the Theme. I've contacted the company responsible for the theme and have been told they are working in it. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved shortly. Thank you for your time!
