Hi! Im totally new to this and might have the easiest question ever.. I can't find any information on how to create a multipage form... Please help! :)

How to create a multipage form?

In the form builder, add a "Page Break" field. That will result in a layout like I show here: http://minus.com/lbqvC9swpL4CDm
Then, add your fields before the "Page Break" section. If you want more page breaks, go ahead and click the "Page Break" button again. Just beware that each page needs to have form fields in it. Try saving the form without a form field on one of the pages and you will see the error dialog which shows up.

Another question however.. I created the multiform but there seems to be something wrong after question 4. http://liv2day.com/form/
Question 4 has 3 options:
A. Should link to Q4A
B. Should link to Q5
C. Should link to Q5Question 4A has 3 options:
A. No links just a textfield.
B. Should link to Q5
C. Should link to Q5However.. it does go to the next question but doesnt show any content.. Any suggestions?
