How to Insert an image into Gravity Forms

    Hi,

    I am looking to insert a logo at the bottom of my gravity form. I have tried using the html box, but this does not work. Can you offer a solution? It is important as I need it to display the logo of the credit cards we accept. Any help is much appreciated. S

    Why couldn't you use the HTML box? Do you have a link to your form and do you have the image uploaded to your host?
