    I'd love to be able to put some free-form HTML into the middle of a form. For instance, it would be great to be able to drop in an adsense code block in the middle of a form. Is there any way to do this currently?

    You can use a section break description to add some HTM inline.. just omit the section title. We do plan on adding a freeform HTML block in the 1.4 version, but it won't be out until later in the year.

    You could also use jQuery to insert some HTML inline if you prefer to do it that way.
