IE7 bug with the Multi-Select field when using the the Chosen jQuery Script

  1. Here's the bug:

    1. Two or more multi-select fields have the enhanced user interface option enabled. To simplify this, I showed only 2 in the linked screenshot.

    2. The 1st field is placed above the 2nd field, not side-by-side.
    3. When the 1st field is clicked, a drop down menu appears.
    4. The drop down menu is overlapped by the input box of the 2nd field. This problem only occurs on IE7.

Here is the form in action: http://localbizregistry.com/registration-form/
Click on the business categories check boxes to make the multi-select fields appear. I'd appreciate any support or patch in fixing this problem. Thank you.
