Merge tags don't work in email routing...

  1. I currently have a form set up with email routing. A "Subject" drop down has three options...

    > General inquiry
    > Media relations
    > Contact a specific location...

    When the 3rd is selected, it reveals another drop down with a list of locations. Each location option has an email as the value. I then set a routing rule with a merge tag that SHOULD grab the email for the selected location...

    "If 'Subject' is 'Contact a specific location' email {location-email:6}"

    However, it doesn't work. If I add a second address to the routing rule, like so "myemail@mydomain.com, {location-email:6}" - then I get the email, but second address from the merge tag is NOT included like it should be.

    So it looks like merge tags aren't working with email routing. :-/

  2. Try using this as your merge tag: {location-email:6:value}
