Modify the address advanced field to only show country and state?

    I dont want to ask for the exact address. I only need country and state.
    I could use normal fields, but I wanted to be able to use the country field with all countries.

    I would use normal drop down fields, and use the list of countries and states from the "Bulk Add / Predefined Choices" function (there is a button on the field when you add a drop down.) Countries and States are present already as bulk choices to use in your drop down.
