Multi-column Radio Buttons

  1. I have a multi-page form that is setup with top labels however, I have 3 radio button fields that need to have multi-columns and side labels as seen in the example in the image at the link below. How can I do this?

  3. Thanks Rob, this was a big help. Is it possible to position the radio buttons to the right of the label for this group of questions in a top-label form?

  4. You may be able to pull of some CSS wizardry there, but I have not personally tried to do so. How are you at CSS?

  5. Not great, but I can get around. I just haven't been able to figure out what area of the code from your example would be the place to try to address this. Can you point me and I'll start playing.

This would imply that once you have chosen a label placement in the form settings that it cannot be easily overridden.
