Multiple Choice and Rules Survey Form Creation

  1. Hi guys,

I'm trying to create a user feedback survey for an upcoming beta launch of our product. The goal is to gauge user experience levels of social media. Here's an example:

Now I was told this is a Gravity Forms-built survey. I need the exact same options - a drop-down question is loaded with futher questions based on replies.

Can this be built just with Gravity Forms, and if so, ow? If not, is there a lot of coding involved (I'm not a great coder)?

    Thank you!

    Danny.

  2. Yes, gravity forms supports both multiple-step/page forms as well as conditional logic.

  4. Hi

I am doing something very similar is there a plugin or addon that provides a graphical report of the surveys created similar to google analytics presentation?

  5. There is no add-on like that for reporting or displaying entry data. Gravity Forms would like to release a reporting add on to help in situations like this. It's being considered for the future.
