No confirmation message

I see there are many reports of this. I've got the most recent version, v1.6.3.2.1. The form is simply redisplayed whether I have Ajax enabled in the shortcode or not. I see most are saying disabling Ajax fixes it, but not for me. As suggested in another thread I emailed Carl with the site and log on credentials.

Just bought it this week, so anxious to be able to use it.

Actually, it's worse than just no submission confirmation (and AJAX still off). It will not even accept the information that is entered. Nothing shows up in Entries (except one of the very many tests I did, for some reason). I have two forms doing this, both very simple.

    (Carl, info in your email)

I just upgraded to v1.6.3.3, hoping that this would fix the issue, and perhaps why I have not yet received a response on this issue. Sadly, I still have the Confirmation problem.

  6. I did see this script error on the page if you wanted to see if getting rid of that makes a difference:

Thanks for checking it Rob. I took out the offending Facebook Like code from both pages and they are both still having the problem. The just redisplay the submission from, cleared of input, ane do not record the entry in the database.

New links, even though I think the old ones I gave you will redirect anyway:

Okay, I have to ask, do I need to request a refund, or is there any tech support here?
