    Hello to everybody,
    I buy a theme called BUSINESS CARD i set the GRAVITY FORM like in all my sites but in this one nothing appear! Anyone can help me please? i think that can be a conflict with my theme.

    Hi, How are you placing the form on your page, checking your code the form is there but is being hidden by the display:none shown in the section of code below.

    Looking closer at the code I can't see the gravity forms css being included, if you look in the gravity forms settings page is 'output css' set to 'yes' or 'no'?

    ON css and OFF htlm5
    OFF css and ON htlm5
    ON ON
    And
    OFF OFF
    And no way:/

    You have a JavaScript error which is preventing the Gravity Forms scripts from loading. The reason you don't see the form is that for a form with conditional logic, items are hidden with "display:none" and rely on JavaScript to unhide them. Can you see the form properly in the preview? If so, you have a problem with JavaScript coming from your theme or a plugin. You can start troubleshooting here:

    No plugin create conflict but changing in different theme, after installed business card theme.. when you click some page... nothing work and give me this error: Apache/2 Server at http://www.equilibriumcorporation.org Port 80
    I think that is the theme but how i can do?

    Did you fix something, or is this not the expected behavior?

    .. i create a sub domains with simple basic theme and like this it work.. you know: Do what you can, with what you have, where you are;)
