[RESOLVED} Oops! We could not locate your form. (Another one…)

  1. Hiya!

    I have one form (actually, _three_, as I've discovered during the process of writing this post) that is giving me this error. Other (gravity)forms on my site are working fine.

    I've not moved hosts or domains recently, and the forms were working last week (the last time I checked this particular page).

    So far, I've verified that the form is viewable using the "preview" page of the form builder, tried using the meta recovery plugin, deleting and rebuilding the page that the form resides on, changing whether or not the page is password protected (it should be), duplicating the form and attempting to embed the duplicate, renaming the form, and probably one or two other combinations that I'm not remembering right now.

    Site: http://www.norwescon.org/

    Original page in question: http://www.norwescon.org/get-involved/volunteers/volunteer-position-submission/ (current password is "temporary")

    Pages that I just discovered are doing the same thing (ARGH!):
    * http://www.norwescon.org/hotel/hotel-suite-request/
    * http://www.norwescon.org/exhibitors/lobby-tables/

    Other pages with forms that are working correctly:
    * http://www.norwescon.org/about/contact-info/
    * http://www.norwescon.org/special-events/gaming/scheduled-gaming-gm-registration/

    Installation Status (copied from my Gravity Forms "settings" page:
    * PHP Version 5.2.17
    * MySQL Version 5.1.53
    * WordPress Version 3.5
    * Gravity Forms Version 1.6.11

    Any assistance with this will be _greatly_ appreciated!

  2. Michael, I sent you an alpha logging add on which may help you debug this. I sent it to your gmail address which is part of your profile. If that is not correct, please send me at email at chris@rocketgenius.com and I will get it to you.

    Also, since the form works in the preview mode, but not on the live site, you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Please follow these instructions to test for those http://rkt.gs/testing You did not mention testing for theme or plugin conflicts in your post.

  3. I seem to be narrowing it down: It appears there is some conflict between Gravity Forms and the [Markdown Extra](http://michelf.ca/projects/php-markdown/) plugin. Not sure why it affected certain form instances but not others, though.

  4. Thank you for the information.
