PayPal condition not working

  1. Hi

I'm currently trying to sell a live workshop, using gravity forms.

It works perfect when I need to send an invoice (even though we need to handle some stuff manually). But now we need to add PayPal as paying option.

I made two radio buttons. One with invoice and one with PayPal.
I then made a condition in the PayPal settings panel.

But this doesn't work. If I switch off the condition, I'm sent to PayPal. But then it sends all users to PayPal (also the ones wanting to pay with invoices)...

What could I be doing wrong here?

It's live action right here: http://pe3a.dk/test-af-betalingsformuar/
(Sorry about the danish on the site)

What happens when you have the condition enabled? Are you running any Caching plugins? Are you running the latest versions of WordPress, Gravity Forms and the Paypal Add-on?

  3. Yes. Everything is updated.

I deactivated all our caching plugins, and manually deleted the cache.
But normally we do use WP Super Cache.

It just shows the confirmation page.

But it doesn't send any confirmation e-mail.

  4. Now a confirmation went through when PayPal was selected. But it didn't contain any of the informations made available only when PayPal i selected... just the two first fields was completed.

If i try invoice (Faktura in danish) it works like a charm!

Can you take a screenshot of your Paypal Feed and upload it to imgur or something similar and link it here so I can see the settings you are using?

  6. Hi...

Just ran a little more test...

Is it a problem if I'm logged in to the site? Seems to work perfectly when I'm not logged in!

  7. There shouldn't be any difference on our end if you are logged in or not.
