Question on HTML block and signature add-on

    Hello, I have a developers license and the latest version of GF installed.

    1. When I paste into an HTML block I cannot save it. When I type in, it does save. I tried different browsers and putting the text into a plain text editor first with no luck.

    2. The form I'm working on is here: http://garyfujioka.com/julie/about-vom-banach-k9/vom-banach-k9-puppy-warranty/

    3. Can I expect the HTML text blocks to appear in the submission email because currently it does not.

    4. Can I expect the signatures to appear in the submission email, because currently they too, do not.

    5. How can I reflect a $500 deposit in the pricing? I attempted a -$500 but that didn't work.

    6. Is there a reference showing the allowed HTML?
