Received no discount on upgrade

  1. I bought the Personal license last week and used a coupon that reduced the price to $31.20. Today I upgraded to the Developer's license. I was charged $149. So so far I'm in the hole for $180.50-- a discount of a mere $18.50. I had a coupon for $50 off the developer's license, but there was no where in the process to apply the discount. This seems quite unfair. How come you do not honor these discounts?

  2. Upgrades and renewals are not eligible for coupons or discounts.

    Upgrades and renewals are automatically discounted based on the full price value of your existing license at the time of your upgrade. In the case of the Personal License we bump up the discount you receive to $50 rather than $39 which is what it would normally be.
