One of the things I did with wufoo was create a report for my artists to see particular records (but, not all).
The logic was to create a drop-down with all the artists names (hidden field). I'd then choose the artist, and they were allowed to view a report that included all items that had their name AND didn't have a 2nd hidden form item ('completed') checked off.
It worked very well, and was easy to use. Any chance of anything like this in the future? :)

We are planning on creating a reports add-on in the future that will allow for easier searching and sorting of entries based on more advanced searches. So yes, this is something we would like to add in the future. It would come in the form of an add-on rather than core functionality. We try and keep specialized functionality separated as add-ons so the core plugin does not get too large.
I also use Wufoo reports, am transitioning all of my form activity to GravityForms, and would use a GravityForms reporting add-on.
More specifically, I've used Wufoo for 5 years running for the registration for the annual ScienceOnline conference. The Wufoo reporting allows me to show who's coming to the conference (http://scienceonline2011.com/look-whos-coming.htm) as well as share stats about the attendees (http://scienceonline2011.com/2011/01/stats-about-our-attendees/).
Hoping I can do similar reporting with GF soon (next conference is Jan 2012).
Just realized that I have the Gravity Forms Directory & Addons plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/) installed, so I can accomplish part one of my question above, namely producing a Look Who's Coming directory of registrants.
I suppose I can download entries and create graphs of my own (my preferred tool is Apple Numbers), although I look forward to future reporting functionality.
