I have a lead form setup, and required fields seems to work fine on everything except for drop down boxes. I set this as required, but still visitors are able to skip choosing an option. Quite frustrating.

Required fields don't work

The required fields do work, it's just that the first selection is valid so it doesn't trigger validation. You can leave the first option in the select box empty and the validation will work properly.
You can always try something like this as well.
