I want to use gravity forms on a multi-site network, but want to restrict its use to only some of the sites - do not want it available to all the sites. Is there a simple way to do this?

Having such a limitation is not something Gravity Forms could provide. You would have to look at some other third party multisite plugin management solution. All my best!
