    FYI There seems to be a problem with the Sales Force plugin and the latest version of Gravity Forms (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/salesforce-blank?replies=3#post-4331523).

    All the form settings disappear when the SalesForce plugin is enabled.

    You will want to contact the creator of that add-on then, so they can update. When WordPress 3.6 comes out, Gravity Forms 1.6 and below won't work. WordPress 3.6 will require our 1.7 branch.
