    I'm trying to produce something like this in Gravity Forms, but can't really find a good way. Am I missing something?

    Hi UWEX,

    Gravity Forms 1.6 introduced the List field: http://grab.by/bnsv

    You can find it under "Advanced Fields" on the Form Editor screen.
