Unique Incremental number upon form submission

    I am in need of a way to sent a unique number that is generated incrementally.

    eg: 00001, 00002, 00003 etc.

    Per form dependent.

    I have for example 3 forms. But only 1 form has to have the option to sent a uniquely generated number.

    I know how to populate a field that generated random numbers, but i need an incrementally generated number for reference sake.

    eg: I will add a hidden field, and have it call up a code that generates and keep track of which number it previously generated and which one to sent upon a new entry.
