Using Post Fields Set Image As Featured

    Is there a way to set an image as featured with post fields? Right now I am using the merge tag in the body field so when someone uploads image it post to the page but my theme displays images alot nicer if they are set to featured..

    Use the image field in the post field and tic featured image
