Why is the formatting off alignment?

    I just created a new form on a Woothemes site and the alignment is really off (all the content is crunched to one side and the radio buttons are skewed too).

    I'm sure it has something to do with CSS but I'm not sure how to fix it.

    I exported the form to another site and it worked fine (must be Woothemes formatting)
