http://www.wescarverelectric.com/ is the site. Previous to the update to GF all fields except for the big text box at the bottom were next to their labels and lined up. You can take http://www.wescarverelectric.com/ to archive.org and see how it used to look.
Since the update it's changed and I need to bring it back to the old way. Please advise on how to do this.

It shouldn't have anything to do with your form update. You're using the "top label" option in your form settings.

If you were using custom CSS to override the top label setting, you don't need to do that. Go to the form editor, the set the label option to "left label" and you should be good to go.
Thanks. That worked for the most part but now the Submit button is to the left.
